I find it lowers the barrier to defining a clean project just enough that I do it quite a bit more often. You have to take the text from the wiki and put it into the macro in the AO directory as I haven't rolled this into the installation yet. I'm a strong believer in using a sub-project icon in the in-tray so that projects that run out of next actions are flagged (resultsmanager sees the default in-tray as an action). You could change the text for the "Plan" about three quarters of the way down in the macro. What would you prefer it to be? Perhaps it could be a new default or made more configurable. This particular macro code very cleanly written and could be made more customizable. I'm not sure how to go about adding the in-tray image to a topic using a macro. I love using mindreader with outlinkner, I have never felt more organized. My question is, can I speed up the processing of my gyronix queue? It just seems when I process all my emails it takes a long time to run the gyronix queue. From looking how things work, is there a way to stop mindreader from saving a map every time it changes something?
