Turns out that I had over-specified the drive path combination in Outlinker's Options for the mindreadernlp.mmbas file. So, when I corrected it Outlinker now works. Great program! I checked code and that message comes up when it gets any type of error trying to run the mindreaderopen macro. I just uploaded a new version of outlinker that has a more descriptive error message displayed that might give us some insight into what is happening. I also added a display of the default map directory on the settings form. It could be that you and MindManager don't agree on what your default map directory is. Let me know what you find.
