Thanks! That's the issue - I moved to a new PC, and downloaded GyroQ (along with MindReader) from the various web-sites. The version I installed was 1.9.4.9. I don't have the old PC any more, but I'm pretty sure that explains the problem, since I had not downloaded GyroQ on the old PC for some time, so probably was prior to 1.9.4.9.
