Upcoming ResultsManager Webinar
Mindjet just announced an upcoming Webinar by Gyronix CTO Nick Duffill on Visualizing Outcomes: Managing Simultaneous Projects with MindManager and ResultsManager on Tuesday, November 28 at 10AM PST (GMT-8:00).
MindJet has increasingly been promoting the use MindManager for Project Management. While MindManager alone does have great utility, using it for project management without ResultsManager can be like using the internet without a search engine.
In the meantime, if you hadn’t previously stumbled across it, you might find it useful to review The Productivity Show’s podcast interview of Nick last year on the use of ResultsManager. His essays on Beyond Crayons are also essential reading if you are using ResultsManager in a group environment. Some of the lessons won’t sink in immediately, but as you gain experience using the tool, you’ll eventually circle back and see the wisdom (e.g. his excellent advice on the rights and wrongs of sharing maps).
